HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCTS I'M LOOKING FOR?
There are a number of ways to find the product you are looking for.

• You can use the search box in the top left hand corner of the page where you can enter a specific product name or a general search term such as ‘mascara’. Clicking the Go button will display all the products matching the search term to you on the results page.
  
• Alternatively you can search by using the navigation list on the left hand side of the page – by category such as ‘permanent makeup’.

HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?
Once you have found the product you want to buy you can click on the ‘INFO’ button to get more information on the product including a full description, further view of the product, chose the colour and size of the product (if applicable) and the facility to add to your Wish List. If you want to buy the product you then click on the ‘BUY’ button or 'ADD TO BASKET’ button (depending on which page you are on).

HOW DO I SEE WHAT'S IN MY SHOPPING BASKET?
At any time you can view the products in your Shopping Basket by clicking on the ‘view what’s in my shopping basket’ area in the top left-hand side of the screen.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER ONLINE?
Sign in or Create an Account
Go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on the top navigation tab. If you are an existing customer you can enter your email address and password and clicking on the Sign In button.

If you are a new customer, you will need to register for an account and enter your personal details here including your name, billing address (where the payment card you are using is registered), email address and phone number to create your online account.

Delivery Information - Checkout
Here you select your delivery options. Your billing address will be shown here automatically as your delivery address, but you can add another address as the delivery address if you prefer. You then select which delivery option you would like for the order. Press the ‘CONTINUE’ button.

Payment
Your order details will be summarised clearly for you here and you will be able to change quantities, remove products, and edit your personal details & delivery address you have given us.

Once you are happy with your order details you will asked to enter your card details for payment. It is important that you read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before we can accept your order. Once you are ready to complete your order click on the ‘CONTINUE’ button.

Confirmation
The confirmation page appears once you have placed your order on the payment page. It summarises your order. You will also receive a confirmation email from us. This is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will occur when we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock.

HOW DO I REMOVE SOMETHING FROM MY SHOPPING BASKET?
The Shopping Bag is fully editable so that you can simply click on the remove button to remove an item, or change the number in the quantity box and click on update. This can be done up to the final stage before payment.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?
Yes you can order by phone by calling our customer services team on 0845 644 3994 ext 34, Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 5.30pm. There is no extra charge for placing an order over the phone and if you have an e-mail address we will be able to send you an email confirmation in the usual way. If not this will be posted to you.
